6.9.15 Patch Deployment Guide

This section helps you upgrade from Adeptia Suite version 6.9.14 to Adeptia Suite version 6.9.15. Patch details applicable for this upgrade are discussed in the Patch details section that follows.

Success
  1. As this patch includes a major JRE upgrade (JRE v17), it is recommended that you apply this patch to a test environment before applying it to production.
  2. After you have applied the patch, you need to follow some critical post patch application steps that have been consolidated as a document placed here.

This patch can only be applied on the following Build Tag:

  • Release_AS_6_9_14_03Nov2022
  • Release_AS_6_9_14_01_30Nov2022
  • Release_AS_6_9_14_02_19Jan2023

If you are using product version 6.9.13 or earlier, you should upgrade to v6.9.14 before applying this patch. Click here to upgrade Adeptia Suite to version 6.9.14.

Prerequisites​

Before you apply this patch, ensure that:

  • You have minimum of 2048 MB of free disc space available on your system.
  • You have referred to the database permission details in this page.

Licensing​

For this version, the license update is optional. However, if you do not update the license after applying the patch, the application will keep showing you the last version of the product instead of 6.9.15.
