Export

This section details how to export the objects. Before you start exporting, ensure that you have run the Migration utility and selected Environment Promotion option to export the objects.

1. Select Export on the Environment Promotion Actions screen and click Next.

2. Browse to and select the directory where Adeptia Server is installed, for example, C:\Program Files\AdeptiaSuite\AdeptiaSuite-<version>\AdeptiaServer.

   

3. Click Next to select the group whose objects you want to export. You can also select more than one group.

   

4. Click Next to select the object you want to export and click Next. You can export any one of the following:

   • all process flows and their associated objects

   • all objects

   • all projects and their associated objects

   • individual activity

     

5. Click Browse to select the location where you want to save the exported file. The objects can be exported in a zip file only. It is recommended to give the file name in the zip file format.

   

6. Click Next to export. A dialog box "Export completed successfully" appears confirming objects have been exported successfully. In case of failure, it displays an error message and rollbacks the entire operation.

   

7. Click Save Logs to save the logs. Choose the location where you want to save the logs.

8. Click Finish to exit the Migration utility.
