Setting character set encoding at the application level

Steps to set character set encoding at the application level

  1. Login as an admin user.

  2. Go to Administer > Setup > Application Settings.

  3. Click Update System Properties.

  4. Expand Systems.

  5. Expand Encoding.

  6. Provide the value of the character set encoding in the Value text box and click Save. 

  7. Click Reload Configuration.
