Migrating all activities from AC v3.x

Adeptia Automate allows you to seamlessly migrate activities from an Adeptia Connect v3.x environment to an Adeptia Automate v5.x environment.

Prerequisites

Before you begin migrating the activities, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:

• The target v5.x environment is ready.
• The source environment is upgraded to AC v3.5 (if not already) and has the latest AC v3.5.11 or a later patch applied.

Steps to migrate

Follow the steps below to migrate all the AC v3.x environment's activities.

1. Run migration utility in your AC v3.x environment to export its activities. Follow the appropriate instructions based on your operating system:

   • Exporting activities - Windows
   • Exporting activities - Linux

2. Restore the exported objects in the target environment (v5.x).
