Dashboard

The Dashboard in AI Business Rules is a powerful tool for monitoring both rules and rule sets. It offers detailed insights into various aspects of each rule and rule set, helping you manage and optimize them effectively.

 To open the Dashboard,

1. In the Adeptia Connect application, go to the Dashboard menu.
2. On the left panel, select AI Business Rules, and then click on Let's Get Started.
   You will be redirected to the AI Business Rules Dashboard. 
   

The AI Business Rules Dashboard contains the following sections:

• Top 5 Rules Executed  
• Top 5 Rulesets Executed
• View Details

Top 5 Rules Executed

This section presents a graphical representation of the most frequently executed rules within a specified time frame. The graph highlights the top-performing rules, offering quick insights into which rules are most active and potentially impacting your operations the most.

 

Top 5 Rulesets Executed

This section presents a graphical representation of the most frequently executed rule sets within a given timeframe. This chart helps you quickly identify which rule sets are most active, allowing you to analyze and optimize accordingly.

 

You can filter the above graphs on the Dashboard based on: Date Range: Choose from the options listed in the top right of the Dashboard. The available options are: Monthly, Weekly, and Today. Runtime execution: Toggle the Live button to active to view the rules and rule sets executed at runtime.

View Details

You can access the execution details of rules or rulesets by selecting the View Details option under the corresponding graphs.

Rules Execution Summary

Selecting the View Details option displays the Rules Execution Summary page that contains the execution details of all the rules, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

To view the result of a specific rule, select the View Details option in the Results column. You can also filter on the rules based on: Execution status: choose from the options listed in the Status field. The available options are: Pass, Fail, and Running. Date Range: choose from the options listed in the Date Range field. The available options are: Monthly, Weekly, and Today. To view the details of rules executed at runtime, toggle the Live button to activate it.  You can use keywords in the Search option to search for a specific rule.

Ruleset Execution Summary 

Selecting the View Details option displays the Ruleset Execution Summary page that contains the execution details of all the rule sets, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

You can filter the ruleset list on the ruleset Execution Summary page based on Date Range. To do so, choose from the options listed in the Date Range menu. The available options are: Monthly, Weekly, and Today. You can view the result of a specific ruleset by clicking View Details in the Results column.  To view the details of ruleset executed at runtime, toggle the Live button to activate it.  You can use keywords in the Search option to search for a specific rule set.
