Activating a Web Form

After you have published a Web Form, you will be prompted to turn on the Web Form. Unless you confirm it, the state remains OFF. You may choose to turn ON/OFF either at the time of creation or through the Web Forms screen later. Turning on a Web Form means activating a Web Form to access it or use it while creating a Template.

To activate a Web Form:

  1. Click Configure > Web Forms.

  2. On the Web Forms screen, click  corresponding to the form that you want to activate.

    Information

    indicates deactivated Web Form.

  3. Click Yes, turn On when prompted to confirm.
    This activates a Web Form.

    Information indicates activated Web Form.
