BambooHR triggers

A Trigger is an event or condition that initiates the execution of specific actions or workflows. Following is a brief list of supported BambooHR triggers. Click here for the complete list.

Trigger	Description
List Company Files and Categories	Triggers and fetches a company's document categories and file list.
New or Updated Employee	Triggers when an Employee is created or updated. This will fetch only the basic information of an employee.
All Employees Dependent	Triggers and fetches information of all the dependents of all the employees.
All Benefit Coverage	Triggers and fetches all benefit coverages.
Get an Employee	Triggers and fetches information of an employee.
New Employee	Triggers when an Employee is created. This will fetch only the basic information of an employee.
Get Table Data	Returns a data structure representing all the table rows for a given employee and table combination. The result is not sorted in any particular order.
All Benefit Group Plan	Triggers and fetches information of all benefit group plans.
All assigned Time Off Policies for an Employee	Triggers and fetches information of all assigned time off policies for an employee.
All Employees	Triggers and fetches information of all employees.
